WeLcome to MCBA

The Michigan Creditors Bar Association (MCBA) was established in 1994 and is the premier organization in Michigan for debt collection and creditors rights attorneys.

MCBA provides professional education as well as social event and networking opportunities for attorneys, paralegals, judges, court officers and members of the collection industry.  MCBA attorney members are committed to being professional, responsible and ethical in their practice area of creditors rights law.  The association also maintains an active Government Affairs program.

  • To provide our members with educational seminars and opportunities for networking and the open exchange of ideas
