GarnIT / E-filing

GarnIT is an electronic court filing system specifically designed for State of Michigan Income Tax garnishments.  GarnIT allows filers to file as few as one individual garnishment or as many as 500 in a single bulk filing transaction.  This allows filers with large volumes to file a high number of garnishments very efficiently.  Additionally, immediately upon acceptance of your filing by the court, you are provided a PDF of the issued garnishment and a copy for the state.  This PDF can be uploaded electronically to your system, thereby greatly reducing dependency on paper.  Currently the 36th, 46th, and 47th District Courts are using this program.

This webinar is exclusively available to MCBA member firms only and their legal staff.   Registration fees are a per firm price.
